How we fabricate our farm dam liners
Our dam and pond liners can be manufactured in sizes of between 2,000 and 3,000 square metres, depending on the thickness of the lining itself.
In most cases, when we fabricate the liner we do so as a single piece. That single piece of liner is then installed professionally as is.
For larger applications when the liner exceeds these sizes, our team carefully manufactures a number of smaller sections of the liner so that they are easier to handle and transport. The sections are then welded together during the installation at the dam or pond on site. Only our specialist technicians are capable of conducting onsite welding of our pond and farm dam liners.
We also use specialist welding equipment for on site dam or pond liner installations when the application is significantly large in size or complex in nature.
