Usage of void cavity tanks

Our cavity tank liners can be used in two different ways:

  1. Filled from the roof e.g. as part of a rain collection system.
  2. Topped up from mains e.g. in accordance with fire water storage regulations.

Our custom liners can also be made and installed to incorporate sumps, weirs, piers and even walls with steps in or out.

No leaks and no worries

Many applied coating system solutions to void liners and water tank liners can be susceptible to leaks due to the natural building movements. That’s why we use flexible, sturdy liner membranes. All of our void cavity liners are designed and fabricated specifically to accommodate the natural movements of buildings. That means no leaks and no worries.
